Travelex International Money Transfer service (provided by NIUM Japan K.K.) will no longer be available from 31st May 2024.
You can still continue to log in and send money overseas until this date.Starting 24th June 2024 you can choose to transfer money via the Instarem app (also operated by NIUM Japan K.K.) using your existing account details.
If you would prefer to close your account, you may contact Nium directly at support.travelex@nium.com.
